Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch or pickup readiness.
Cancellation requests are processed after order verification and status check.

After Dispatch or Pickup Ready

After dispatch, cancellation may not be guaranteed and may convert to return workflow.
Any logistics or handling deductions, if applicable, are communicated before final settlement.

Abuse Prevention

Repeated fake or abusive cancellation behavior may result in account restrictions.
